This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between The Wander and Travel LLC, a travel agency located in Washington state ("the Company"), and the client ("Client") engaging the services of the Company.

Abide by the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other service providers.

Promptly review and confirm travel itineraries and provide feedback or approval as necessary.

Booking and Payments:

All bookings made through the Company are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers.

The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit or full payment, as specified by the Company, to secure their bookings.

Payment terms and cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked and will be communicated to the Client by the Company.

Cancellation and Refunds:

The Client may be entitled to a refund or credit, subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers and any applicable fees charged by the Company.

Travel Insurance:

The Company strongly recommends that the Client purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

The Client is responsible for understanding the coverage and limitations of their travel insurance policy.

Liability:

The Company acts as an intermediary between the Client and service providers and does not assume any liability for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers.

The Client acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks, and the Company is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during travel.

Privacy Policy:

The Company respects the privacy of its clients and complies with applicable data protection laws.

Client information provided to the Company will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating travel bookings and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Washington. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

I, The Client, hereby release and discharge The Wander and Travel LLC, a travel agency located in Washington state ("the Company"), its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in any travel arrangements or activities arranged by the Company.

I understand and acknowledge that travel involves certain inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, property damage, and loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, including those risks that may arise from the negligence or fault of the Company or its agents.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in any travel arrangements or activities arranged by the Company.

I understand that this release of liability is a legally binding contract and that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing it. I have read and fully understand the terms of this release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.

These are all solely recommendations and opinions. You are free to either follow or not follow this itinerary at your own risk. By purchasing this itinerary, you have agreed to hold The Wander and Travel LLC harmless of any liabilities which include, but not limited to, mishandling of bookings, accidents, injuries, cancelations, bad experiences, monetary loss, misinformation, lack of information, and/or scams. The Wander and Travel LLC is not responsible for any bookings or reservations. The Wander and Travel LLC is not responsible for any documents required for any part of the trip. By not doing your own extensive research, it is at your own risk for any lack or misinformation.

As the worldwide COVID-19 corona-virus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or canceled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which The Wander and Travel LLC has no control. I further acknowledge that the supplier's own cancellation, re-booking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, I understand that should I elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. By signing below, I hereby agree to hold The Wander and Travel LLC harmless and release the agency from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, I may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans.

By purchasing this itinerary, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while traveling. Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and possible death. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with The Wander and Travel LLC.

As travel opens around the world, all destinations, airports, air carriers, hotels, restaurants, transfer companies, car rental companies, shops and excursions have established COVID-19 safety measures and precautions which may change from day to day. These safety measures may include, but are not limited to: curfews, attraction closings and reduced hours, size of group gatherings, social distancing requirements, health screenings, self-quarantine requirements and COVID test results. By purchasing this itinerary, I accept ultimate responsibility for myself and my traveling party to have all the necessary provisions for travel (such as COVID test results, pre-travel questionnaires, etc.) Moreover, I understand that I should assume responsibility for the necessary documents (such as COVID test results, pre-travel questionnaires, etc.) considering COVID-19, in order to travel to my specific destination.

In the event that you have questions, concerns, or dispute a charge to your credit card, please contact The Wander and Travel LLC directly prior to initiating a refund or “chargeback” with your credit card company. By purchasing any of our services and/or itineraries, client or customer acknowledges their understanding that all payment disputes should first be brought to the attention of The Wander and Travel prior to formally disputing a charge with client’s or customer’s credit card company. Any charges disputed with your credit card company, including in the event of cancelation or postponement of your journey as a result of Force Majeure events, will result in The Wander and Travel LLC producing a copy of this policy and agreement to the credit card company notifying us of the chargeback of the payment(s) in order to recover our fees. Any additional fees associated with negotiating the chargeback, including but not limited to an hourly fee for time spent by The Wander and Travel LLC staff communicating with your credit card company will also be assessed to you, the client or customer. Failure to pay for our services or fees incurred by fraudulent credit card disputes will result in immediate termination of The Wander and Travel’s services and agreement to this policy. If a credit card charge (or a check) is rejected by a bank, you will have 48 hours from that time to reconcile payment or you will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.

At The Wander and Travel LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional luxury travel experiences. To maintain our commitment to excellence, we reserve the right to carefully select our packages and vendors. Please be advised that we do not offer bookings for basic economy flights, Spirit Airlines, Frontier Airlines, or any budget airlines. Additionally, we do not endorse or sell accommodations in budget hotels, motels, or similar establishments. Furthermore, Sea World is not part of our portfolio as it does not align with our values. Please note that we also do not facilitate bookings for AirBNBs/VRBOs due to associated liabilities. It is important to understand that we cannot verify whether hosts meet our standards for our clients. If you have specific vendors in mind or require clarification on our offerings, please feel free to contact us before purchasing our booking services.
